Modern Exterior Design Collaboration to Maximize Outdoor Living Space in Fort Collins, Colorado

This collaborative project aimed to create a space where the homeowners could relax, entertain, and enjoy the beauty of nature throughout the year. With meticulous attention to detail, high-quality craftsmanship, and a shared passion for design, our team transformed this outdoor space into a haven that perfectly complements the homeowners’ lifestyle and enhances the overall value of their property.

Project Scope :

Exterior Design

The focus of this project was to transform the outdoor space into a stunning all-weather oasis. A custom deck with heated features and the magnificent rock work makes this outdoor oasis a true showstopper.

Collaboration on Rock

Throughout the project, our interior design-build team will work closely with the homeowners and landscapers, ensuring effective communication, shared vision, and a seamless integration of ideas. 

The landscapers were responsible for creating a retaining wall and incorporating rock work, harmonizing the deck with the natural surroundings. This collaboration will result in a cohesive design that seamlessly blends the indoor and outdoor elements.

Covered Custom deck

The spacious covered deck acts as an extension of the home’s interior. To ensure year-round enjoyment, we incorporated fans and heaters into the design of the covered deck. This thoughtful addition allows homeowners and their guests to comfortably enjoy the space regardless of the weather conditions.

The home’s overhang is enhanced with a beautifully crafted tongue and groove ceiling, creating a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor spaces.

The custom handrail complements the overall aesthetics and offers a personalized touch to the outdoor space. Then as a unique and visually captivating feature, we installed rain chains made from copper. These artistic alternatives to traditional downspouts elegantly guide rainwater down while creating a soothing auditory experience.
